The agreement
These terms apply to purchases made through agape-wear.com. An order is accepted when AGAPE sends confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if a product or price was shown incorrectly or stock is unavailable.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in NOK and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is handled securely by Stripe. The final total is shown before you confirm payment.
Products
Product colours can vary slightly between screens. Availability and variant information are shown on each product page. Do not use the site or products for unlawful purposes.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Returns, faults and delivery are handled under the policies linked on this site.
