Withdrawal right
Consumers purchasing online normally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal period from the day after receiving the goods. Tell us at info@agape-wear.com before the deadline, then return the item within 14 days after notifying us. The customer covers return postage unless otherwise agreed.
Condition
You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. A deduction may apply if handling beyond that has reduced its value. Keep labels attached and return the item safely packed.
Faults and incorrect orders
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from your order, email the order number and clear photos. Your statutory complaint rights are separate from the withdrawal right.
Refund timing
Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. We may wait until the goods are returned or you provide evidence that they were sent.
